My Eagle home has three thermostats. Do I need three service visits?
One visit covers every system in the house. We check each furnace, each condenser, and the zone board and dampers on the same trip. Maintenance is priced per system rather than per visit, so a larger home pays for the equipment it has and nothing more.
Is a heat pump a good fit for a large Eagle home with a propane furnace?
Often it is. Cold-climate heat pumps hold their capacity well below freezing, and propane costs enough that the math is worth running. We keep the propane furnace as backup for the coldest nights and set the switchover point on the thermostat. A load calculation tells us whether one unit or two makes sense.
Why does my AC lose cooling every June even after a spring tune-up?
